PRESIDENT & VISIONARY
Wesley Mast
As President since 2020, Wesley has spent years filling the sales pipeline and partnering with the shop floor to bring each project in accurately and on time. When something is big, new, or broken, he's the one in the room.
Before Coppes, he grew up working in his father's general contracting business, served as a missionary overseas for five years, and earned a degree in ASL interpreting along the way. That background shows up now in how he handles complexity and people in equal measure.
Wesley treats Coppes as his calling to steward for God's glory and honor. His #1 rule in life is to leave everything and everyone better than when he found it or met them.

Malachi Mast
Since 2018, Malachi has acted as Executive Vice President at Coppes Napanee, overseeing production from the ground up, which includes meeting with department leaders, clearing obstacles, and holding every piece to the standard it deserves before it leaves the shop.
He grew up on his father's construction crew, learning early what accurate, quality work demands. That foundation led him toward bespoke homes, and eventually to Coppes, where building something sophisticated by hand is simply the job.
Outside of work, he and his wife are raising their children on a homestead they maintain together.
SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Caleb Mast
Caleb joined Coppes Napanee in early 2026 as Sales Account Manager, guiding customers through their designs, pricing, and the parts and warranty logistics that follow a project home.
His path here moved through construction, carpentry, and bespoke cabinetry, with a recent chapter spent as a full-time prison chaplain. That experience shapes how he approaches people now as much as the woodworking itself.
What keeps him here is simple: a love for wood, and for the idea that every project is a unique creation handed off by a designer to be built.
When he's not working, he and his wife Sandra are often traveling and camping with their four children.
INTEGRATOR & PURCHASING MANAGER
Craig Bontrager
Craig serves as Integrator and Purchasing Manager at Coppes Napanee, implementing processes that make the company run leaner and more efficiently, while keeping inventory where it needs to be.
His background is in companies that hold quality and efficiency in equal regard, an approach he's brought directly into his work here. What drew him to Coppes and keeps him here is the growth of the company and the core beliefs behind it.
Outside of work, he stays active with his family and has a habit of seeking out hard things worth doing.
SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Landen Martin
Landen has acted as Sales Account Manager since 2020, serving as the connection point between Coppes Napanee's dealers and the company itself.
He got his start in production, a foundation he's proud to have learned from directly.
Raised in a family business, he learned the art of working with customers by watching his father, and carried that into seven years of customer service before joining Coppes. What keeps him here now is much the same: the support of the people he works alongside.
Outside of work, he can be found on his front porch on quiet evenings, traveling whenever he gets the chance, or spending time outside and reading with his two sons.
CFO
David Moxness
David has served as CFO since 2022, overseeing financial reporting, cost analysis, and strategic planning for Coppes Napanee.
His background runs through larger manufacturing companies, where he learned to use lean techniques to drive both quality and affordability, an approach he's carried into his work here.
What keeps him here is the people; he speaks of a team that works with integrity, honesty, and care, and points to Wesley's growth as a leader who genuinely cares for those around him as something he's proud to have witnessed.
He lives in Colorado, where he finds God's hand in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. His wife, for her part, is partial to the beach.
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Jeryl Weaver
Jeryl joined Coppes Napanee in 2021 in a marketing role before finding his way into engineering, where he now serves as Director of Engineering, preparing orders for production and keeping the engineering office on schedule and on quota week after week.
He came to Coppes through marketing, with eight summers at Weaver Furniture Sales, a year at Midwest Gun Exchange, and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design. When an opening came up in engineering, he didn't hesitate. He has always been drawn to the details, and engineering is where the details live.
Outside of work, he shoots archery and spends evenings by the campfire with his wife.
ENGINEER
Myron Yoder
Myron joined Coppes Napanee as an engineer in 2023, creating production drawings and cutlists that turn design into something buildable.
He came to the industry needing a job and found an unexpected passion instead. That passion follows him home, where he keeps machinery of his own to build wood products as a hobby.
Before Coppes, he worked at a bespoke door shop and in the cabinet department of an RV manufacturer, both experiences sharpened his eye for the details that matter.
Engineering & Research Dev.
David Dailey
David has been in the Engineering and Research and Development department at Coppes Napanee since 2021, where work spans computer drawings, prototyping, CNC programming, and the steady troubleshooting that keeps production moving.
Before Coppes, he spent two decades in residential remodeling and trim carpentry, then four more years running CNC programming on a hardwood components line. That background built the instinct for precision he brings to every workstation improvement.
Coppes drew him in with its reputation for quality and culture. What keeps him here is simpler: the people. Outside of work, he's one of nine children, with six sisters and two brothers.
BRAND MANAGER
Josh Lang
Josh oversees everything visible about the Coppes Napanee brand, the website, social media, print, signage, and the in-house materials that carry the brand's voice day to day.
He spent a decade in design, working across industries as varied as blockchain, gear manufacturing, and 3D printing software, before finding his way to something tangible. After years marketing things that couldn't be touched or seen, cabinetry, which is built to be used daily for decades, felt like a return to something real.
Outside of work, he's chasing a new hobby in astrophotography, with the night sky as the latest subject worth paying attention to.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Jeremiah Fawcett
Jeremiah started at Coppes Napanee as summer help, sweeping floors for three summers before moving into a full-time role. Two years in, he now serves as Delivery and Shipping Coordinator, loading trucks and running deliveries.
His path up included time on the plant floor, where he saw firsthand how much work goes into every part that leaves the building. That perspective travels with him now, into every delivery.
His love of wood started young, building forts in the woods with his siblings. He's the oldest of five, and wood has stayed his hobby ever since.
