What is your lead time on custom cabinets?
It depends on the complexity of the project. We build everything in our factory, so unlike some cabinet companies, we do not rely on outside vendors.
Do you offer construction and remodeling services?
No, but we are happy to recommend local contractors.Â
Can I use a pre-made design?
Yes. In fact, depending on the extent of your design, we may offer a discount.
Do you offer tours of the factory?
Yes. If you’re interested, please contact us and we’ll set up a time to give you a personal look at the shop.
Can I provide my own materials?
We have done a number of projects with customer-supplied materials, which often hold sentimental value. We love working with your materials and creating heirlooms with them. However, before production, we ask that you sign a release in the rare instance that your materials are damaged.
Do you sell countertops?
Yes, we offer a selection of countertops. We also handle their installation. You’re welcome to source your own if you would prefer, though.
Can I purchase my own hardware?
Yes, you can purchase your own hardware, which we are happy to install. We do offer a selection of hardware to choose from to make your selection process easier, however.
Do you also sell appliances?
No, but we can recommend local vendors, including Bob Miller Appliances and North Side Appliances.
